Affiliate Disclosure

BonusList is free to read. There is no subscription, no paywall and no account to create. This page explains where our income comes from and what that means for the lists and reviews you see. The site is published by Velvetdune Online Media DMCC, Fortune Executive Tower, Cluster T, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

How BonusList earns money

Most casinos we compare run affiliate programmes. The "Visit", "Play" and "Get bonus" buttons, and other links that go through a /go/ address on our domain, carry a partner code. If you follow one of these links and open an account, the casino may pay Velvetdune Online Media DMCC a commission. Depending on the programme, that is a one-off fee for a new player, a share of the revenue the casino earns from the account, or a mix of both. It costs you nothing, and the offer you get is the same one the casino shows every new Australian player.

What the money pays for

Commission covers the work behind each page: re-checking welcome offers and wagering terms on the casinos' own sites, testing which payment methods are actually offered to Australian players, writing and updating guides, and hosting the site. It is our only source of income; we do not sell reader data and we do not charge casinos for reviews.

How to spot a commercial link

As a rule, links to casinos are commercial; links to Gambling Help Online, BetStop, Lifeline, government sites, game studios and our sources are not. When you hover over a button, a /go/ address in your browser's status bar tells you the link is an affiliate link. Following one sets a few cookies on our domain so the visit can be credited to us; they are listed in our privacy policy.

What commission changes and what it does not

To be straightforward: a casino without an affiliate programme is less likely to appear in our lists, and commercial arrangements can affect where a casino is placed within a list. What commission does not change are the facts we print. Wagering requirements, maximum bets, withdrawal limits, payment methods, licence details and country restrictions come from the casino's own terms whether it pays us or not. If wagering is steep or cash-outs are capped, we say so. A casino cannot pay to skip the checks described on our about page.

Commission is not a licence

A casino paying us commission is not licensed in Australia because of it. No online casino is: the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 does not allow them to be licensed here, and the brands we list hold licences overseas, if any. Our links are intended only for adults aged 18 or over, and it is up to you to check the rules that apply where you live.

You never have to use our links

Everything on BonusList can be read without clicking an affiliate link. You are welcome to compare offers here and then type a casino's address into your browser yourself.

Wellbeing comes first

We would rather lose a commission than gain one from someone who is struggling. If you are spending more than you planned, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 (free, confidential, 24/7), and you can block yourself from every Australian licensed wagering provider through BetStop. Our responsible gambling page lists the tools casinos offer.

Changes

If the way BonusList is funded changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
